STOP sticking your head in the sand, and believing the lies..
try caring about the customers, and the integrity of the service.
There are some incredibly hard workers, but they look completely frazzled and frustrated.
Frankly everything! But, they could start by being forthright when hiring new associates... example..we don't train you, just do whatever you are told, and if part time, don't expect to receive enough hours to afford the gas to even drive there in the first place..
