It's been many years now and it has been a joyful and fulfilling journey. I have had the opportunity to do many things outside of my comfort zone, but not outside of my abilities. I have found new skills that I was unaware of but that others saw in me.

There is a caring "undertow" about working here. People don't intentionally do anything that will cause harm. There is a sensitivity to peoples feelings. It's not driven by leadership, but it's encouraged and nurtured by leadership.

I get a real charge out of seeing everyone every day. It's a pleasure to be around my co-workers. The last two years were very difficult and they lifted me above all of the craziness and uncertainty .

There is an environment here that treats everyone fairly. It's about WHO you are, not WHAT you are. I have never observed decisions made on race, gender, faith, age etc. It's always been about what you contribute to both the company and your team.

Our executive team is extremely approachable and cares about the people working here. There are no mixed messages about people. I am amazed about how consistent they are in this area. I may agree or not agree with company direction and strategy, but I never question sincerity and integrity.

Our medical insurance package is fair in both coverage and pricing for a mid-size company. I have received additional value incentives (stock options) and consider the fact that they have provided them to people at my level to be an incredibly generous gift. I am paid fairly for the work.
