What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A handful of specific people seem to be able to make decisions without any input or analysis of data. The company overall doesn't seem to be doing well, and that seems unlikely to change until we start acting like a company with 160 locations, not 16.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the fact that I have a company vehicle.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our company has zero parental leave. Minimal PTO. No sick time (unless legally required). It's a recipe for long hours and burn out.

Some department heads give people promotions for no reason - all you have to do is threaten to quit and you get a raise.

A lot of people here speak Spanish in the office and especially the breakroom. It just seems like they don't want other people involved in their conversations unless they speak Spanish.

There is an environment here that treats everyone fairly. It's about WHO you are, not WHAT you are. I have never observed decisions made on race, gender, faith, age etc. It's always been about what you contribute to both the company and your team.
