I'm new, so it's still all fresh. I like being part of a beloved brand and the great people I work with. Underlying the laughs we have is a serious approach to achieving results and making good decisions. We talk about creating opportunities and changing lives, and I believe we actually do it.

Equity, bonus, base salary. CR is smart about compensation but not skin flints. There's a good balance of financial stewardship and attractive compensation.

They're caring people who truly enjoy each other and what they do. My team is exceptional and making people feel like they matter.

We're a hip, beloved brand. More importantly, a motivated, smart person can go from dishwasher to leader in a couple of years. It's been done repeatedly.

The people I work with are wonderful. Great examples of the American dream. Most of them are first-generation immigrants and they're brains, humility, and friendliness inspire me.

They work well together and seem to genuinely enjoy the team they have. That's very apparent to anyone under them. Competence, vision and walking the talk shape culture throughout the company.

Their business minded - and I mean all-around savvy - yet are approachable, real people. There seems to be less focus here on title, and more on capability and a respect for company history.
