I feel that they demand more from me than they offer me, in others companies the salary is more and with less responsibility

I feel like because our stores are so understaffed, employees are bot being paid enough as compensation for taking on extra work and just doing the best they can.

The money is not enough, making about $15 an hour for what we do is quite a little. Places like McDonald's, burger King are paying up to $18 for less amount of work
