That we are here to see people grow and the way we care about our employees. I have been here for 8 years and have seen several promotions as I go into restaurants and those opportunities are happening for employees everywhere!
What makes you most happy at work?
My supervisor and employees are what makes me excited to be at work. He gives clear direction on objectives without forgetting to care about his employees. Employees care about the success of the company, and I believe they feel that Cafe Rio cares about their success too.
