What do you like best about the leadership team?
I RECIVED A SALARY OFERT $16 BY HOUR, BUT IN THE PRACTICE IS $13,50. I ASKED FOR A FULL TIME SHIFT AN NOW THIS WEEK I`LL HAVE 3 DAYS WITH 24 OR 26 HOURS OF WORK. I SPOKE WITH HER AND SHE ACEPT TO GIVE ME ONE DAY MORE. I NEED TO WORK 40 HOURS, BECAUSE A PART TIME IS NOT ENOGH TO COVER MY NEEDS. THANK

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more approachable and care more about the work environment. The environment in my department is extremely toxic.

Care more about people than money, treat employees right. Be more transparent, everything feels real secretive. Be fair with benefits, some employees are enjoying benefits that haven't been offered to the rest of the employees.

Gather input from all members of the team. Communicate the goals and aspirations of the company and how my day to day connects to that. Step out of their offices and have conversations with people throughout the RSC, rather than stare down at a phone until they get behind their office doors

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have no complaints about my base pay, haven't used the medical or vision benefits. The raises and bonus structure is demoralizing with no incentive to stay or improve.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management can be tone-deaf and not helpful. It is stressful and intimidating to ask for help.

Wrong priorities. People used to love CR. Now it is a dumpster. Go into any restaurant and see that the employees are not friendly, seem stressed, the restaurants are dirty, and service is awful. Invest in making customer service better. Nobody cares how fancy the ads are if the service is lousy.

It can be very difficult to work in the office when the noise level is high. I've had a hard time hearing on phone calls and my concentration is often interrupted with shouts, chants, laughter, balloon popping, singing, etc. Some coworkers and I often get headaches trying to block out the noise.

I would like to feel a higher level of mentorship and connectivity with the senior team - investment in building relationships and not just having me complete my work. Also, i value recognition for work completed, but feel the focus is typically on what was missed.
