I've had a great time working at Cafe Rio. I think if you put in the work, it shows and you will be valued and rewarded. Sometimes things do get busy, but I enjoy coming to work on Mondays and that's a beautiful thing

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting a monthly allowance to spend at our restaurants is very nice, especially when I have a lot going on an don't have time to make my own food.
