They are some of the kindest/smartest human beings I've ever met. Everyone is willing to help and collaborate. I don't think I've met a single mean person here.

kindness. People here are just genuine human beings and always willing to help when needed. I'm not sure how Carbon managed to hire this many genuinely kind and intelligent people, but here we are.

The people interaction and the content of my work. I get to work on some really really cool projects and I have a lot of freedom to make suggestions and decisions related to my work.

This is the first time in my professional career that I can confidently say that Leadership truly cares about their employees. They don't just talk about work life balance and taking care of yourself, they back up their talk with true action.

Salary is great but honestly, the 3 day weekend once a month and unlimited PTO is hands down my favorite part. I feel like I have a healthy personal life and that just makes me more consistently excited to come to work.
