Having insurance covered 100% by Carbon is huge from a financial standpoint. Especially living in the Bay Area / California healthcare can be very expensive. This allowed me more comfort to transition to a state with a higher cost of living.

I think we have a great team dynamic. Everyone is approachable, available for questions, and working towards one common goal. When I first started at Carbon it was great to know I had a team of people willing to help with any questions I had.

I enjoy that Carbon has extra circulars and groups to help continue to peak interest in aspects that you are interested in outside of work. I also feel valued as a Female in my industry which is something that has always been very important to me.

I enjoy the dynamic and cross-functionality that we are able to have that is a product of our great company culture. I also enjoy having dogs around for stress relief when needed and knowing at any time I can brain storm with the people around me!
