Overall I have proud to work for Carbon and enjoy working here. But this last year I was disappointed with how outsourcing was handled. An outsider (Gale) came in, made sweeping rapid changes and now he has left. The changes were so massive and done with no regard to the MFG team.

We are definitely going through some growing pains as we move from being a startup to a big time business. But Carbon really tries to do what is best for the company as well as the employees.

I appreciate the yearly shares. But what we really need is 401k matching and yearly monetary bonuses.

We are very inclusive. Always looks to hire people with different back grounds, genders, sexual orientations, and truly accepting everyone.

The leadership is very open about what is going on with Carbon and why they are making certain decisions or focusing on certain projects.

Everyone is so willing to help out and jump in whenever an issue arises. I truly enjoy most of their company. They are part of the reason I stay at Carbon.

There should be 401k matching. And I felt I had a slightly unfair review this year due to communication issues with my manager which caused me not to receive a raise this year.

Carbon is truly invested in their employees not only on the job, but in our lives outside work. Carbon vocally supports inclusiveness of all people no matter their gender, race, or sexual orientation. Carbon is dedicated to reducing waste and recycle/reuse more.
