Carbon has some of the best brains and the best attitudes of people coming to work here. There is a unified belief that we can do better, in almost every team, which helps promote continuous improvement

There we not many choices in prior questions to answer besides a Yes or NO, but having no bonus, or spot awards, makes comparisons difficult. I am not overly fascinated about any item on the comp package, or completely disappointed either

I can talk about the leadership team (CFO), very transparent, and very hardworking and no afraid to ask the difficult questions, it brings a lot of integrity down the chain by allowing you to ask the difficult questions, without having to worry about being shut down
