I really appreciate that the executive team cares about me, wants to meet me, knows who I am/when I started and is invested in speaking to me if I have a question/comment.

I think the bi-annual review for merit is awesome and I don't know of any other tech company that does that! I like the new perks around healthy lifestyle and for family planning! They really do care about me!
