What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Directness/transparency & our ability to have unity despite being remote

Nothing really, it's very negative here and a small group of people weigh that burden while most of the company times unlimited PTO and posts about political stuff that no one cares about.

It feels like a family and everyone is an A+ player. We push each other to do our best work, but support each other when it's not or when we fail. I've never felt so supported taking risks before in a professional environment

Doing fulfilling work that changes regularly so I don't burn out

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Eliminate the "people" team, I have no idea what they do except for pushing their own personal opinions and viewpoints on the company when no one asked for them. Management starts listening to the employees who are on the ground and hearing what customers want. Get rid of your egos.
