What is the best part about your compensation package?

Gym and insurance are both nice.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard-working individuals working towards a common goal. Although 20% of people do 80% of the work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency, less nepotism, get rid of the right people and don't like the wrong ones go.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing really, it's very negative here and a small group of people weigh that burden while most of the company times unlimited PTO and posts about political stuff that no one cares about.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Eliminate the "people" team, I have no idea what they do except for pushing their own personal opinions and viewpoints on the company when no one asked for them. Management starts listening to the employees who are on the ground and hearing what customers want. Get rid of your egos.
