What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork alignment communication and human interaction
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Layoffs, downsizing, poor planning and unfair leadership/biased behaviors.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop laying people off, budget accordingly, and stop playiong favorites.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are biased, play favorites, and make decisions on likeability versus getting work done. They just laid off 50 people (the 3rd layoff this year).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was hired under the agreement we would get 500 a month lunch money, this was taken. Was hired with promise of a bonus restructure - this didn't happen.
