How employees describe working at Condé Nast

I found out that I have several relationships with the company. The magazines are great social hospitality and aesthetics sources. However, Reddit is ill-liberal anti-social and is blocking me. That is, while I am responding to vicious ill-liberal anti-social yelling hater against Republicans.

    no, management is very rigid and you better think the way they do.

  • I do, but many times, decisions made are reversed or put on hold by corporate/upper management. There is a culture of fear of making the wrong decision, so many times, decision-making is put off.

  • My network has grown immensely since starting here. As an editor, I also have easy access to pretty much any product, service, or person I'd like to test out or feature, because everybody recognizes the Condé name and is eager to work with you. That's been really, really great.
