I found out that I have several relationships with the company. The magazines are great social hospitality and aesthetics sources. However, Reddit is ill-liberal anti-social and is blocking me. That is, while I am responding to vicious ill-liberal anti-social yelling hater against Republicans.

Do you feel like you’re able to make important decisions?

no, management is very rigid and you better think the way they do.
I do, but many times, decisions made are reversed or put on hold by corporate/upper management. There is a culture of fear of making the wrong decision, so many times, decision-making is put off.
What unique perks and benefits does Condé Nast provide?
My network has grown immensely since starting here. As an editor, I also have easy access to pretty much any product, service, or person I'd like to test out or feature, because everybody recognizes the Condé name and is eager to work with you. That's been really, really great.
What's the office layout like at Condé Nast?
Very standard cubicle layout. Only the corner offices have windows.
How much diversity is there among employees at Condé Nast?
On my particular team it's actually pretty good, although I'd say that the company as a whole is less diverse. They're clearly trying, though, which is a good thing.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Condé Nast?
I went into it with my eyes open. I knew how often people were getting laid off from Condé (very often), and I look at this place more as a resumé builder than a long-term job.
How's the work pace at Condé Nast?
The strategy keeps changing, so I'd say it's pretty frantic.

Coworkers are intellectual and hard working but at times they have to be reminded that there is a road map and other priorities that take precedent over what they want done immediately.
Do people act passive aggressive to each other in the office
Yes a lot. The most I have ever seen anywhere.
