I was happier before I ever got into this company. Some departments are great and ive met some incredible people. All of that is overshadowed by 100+ "Directors" with bloated salaries that are so out of touch with the majority of the company that this "employee satisfaction" survey came out a layoff

We're sinking into the ground as a company that doesnt listen, doesnt take OSHA, CLIA, FDA, or HIPAA seriously, and treats their employees awful.

My immediate team is great. Everyone my team works with doesnt seem to listen or understand the urgency or importance of our requests.

Listening to staff, being more open about company changes and layoffs, HR needs to be fully replaced, leadership actually needs to be held accountable for their actions.

I recieved a 1% raise this year. Given inflation, that is a 2% pay decrease. Actually pay your staff and dont insult them with pocket change raises.
