I've been with Curative since October 2020. I've seen this company grow exponentially and have had the pleasure of working multiple titles. With that said and the company in it's infancy still, I believe their are very underqualified people per their position. 7 out of 10 thus far

Success without stress. I have built great rapport and camaraderie with my coworkers.

Fair compensation and incentive pay. Sometimes the position can be overwhelming where I feel the pay doesn't match the stress. But more often than not i'm content with my compensation package.

Curative is very generous company and it's appreciated. I do believe some of the subordinate field ops staff (Site Leads and TSS) are very underqualified to even be hired. This has presented much heartache and challenges. I do not feel that some of these said staff are as appreciative.
