We are not given any feedback about performance and there has been a breakdown of communication from the executive team or lab directors.

Give actual feedback to work performance and stay true to their own open-door policy. Be open with their plans of the company to their employees and in a timely manner.

Senior management used to be very receptive to feedback and changes were usually made quickly. Departments have some autonomy and any new changes to workflow are usually approved by senior management.

They work hard to create solutions to sudden issues that arise. Employees work with other operative departments and will help them solve their problems or send people if they need extra hands. Some employees are able to help in different departments because of their cross-training.
