It can't, Curative feels like a cash grab when COVID Testing started. Hire some people who are actually qualified to do the work they are paid for, that might help. Also understand why Work / Life Balance is needed to succeed.

Stop hiring your friends and bros. Stop putting bullies in charge of people. Stop trying to move people into buildings without POWER, INTERNET, WALLS, etc. I feel like I shouldn't have to explain this but here we are. Does anyone check Glassdoor?

No clear goals, excessive nepotism, there was a two month stretch where employees were not PAID, and a culture of managers harassing and demeaning employees. We also just laid off a HUGE amount of employees, some who still not have gotten paid for previous weeks of employment

We have a tight knit team who coordinates our projects well and we have the best site with the lowest amount of issues. We DAILY have to work around C-Levels who make snap decisions with little to no information to base their judgements on other than "Fred said so".

When I interviewed I was very clear about working excessive overtime and weekends. Almost 8 months later I have worked every, single, weekend with no extra pay or comp time. When I mentioned this in a meeting I was told by a manager that I shouldn't be working here. This is common here

We have a Director of Information Tech who has had two jobs: A tutor right out of college, and now a Director of IT. He thought plugging in a device into a wall socket in TX turned off hi WiFi in California. Most of the C-Level employees are no where near qualified for their jobs.

If you expect me to "be on" and available 24/7/365 to support Execs who honestly have no business working here, I NEED TO GET PAID FOR THAT. I have a family. I have a life. Just because some lonely exec does not have a work / life balance should not mean my home life is also over.
