One of the things I can appreciate about my team personally is that they are working towards providing the best solution possible, even to their own "mistakes", everyone is motivated to help.

Generally speak the leadership team is involved with their subordinates, including myself in a positive way for professional growth, from what I observed nothing is brought negatively but more of a learning opportunity. I can appreciate practices such as this more than some snack table.

There is a platform to speak to the management staff. As a basic element to Curative's operations being able to bring up concerns or even discrepancies and voicing them openly. Also team leads encouraging others to continue growing even after errors, is huge, to me.
