Honestly the company is not bad. Some of the people who work here are not fair just like any other job. Does this company have room for improvement yes. Especially leadership. They are nice nasty and indirect. We should get more than 3.5 pto hours per pay period. pay increase and we need vacay time

Co-workers understand each other more than the leadership. More compassionate and understanding because they are actually doing the same job functions as another employee and leadership does not.

we have received more job functions to do as an employee, our health benefit limits should be better and higher especially for dental or if someone needs surgery,chemo,ect. We should be paying little to no cost out of pocket. We need a pay increase for the extra job functions. Our raise wasnt enough
