How employees describe working at DIRECTV

You need to be able to have somebody fix a situation immediately and not have the customer on the phone for seven multiple more days over an exceeding a three hours each day in order to still not have the product fixed.

They pretend to care about employees, long term employees are taken advantage, they made many employees feel worthless over call routing they controlled. They dont make sure call center managers comply with federal and state wage laws.

Amazing company to work for. Great culture and great team.

    The environment has descended into a gaping hole since AT&T took over. There is no focus on employees or customers, just the bottom line
