The Dish environment in the retention center is a positive and upbeat environment with management and coworkers all working seamlessly together. Quality assurance keeps employees following proper business procedures which I find important, so the customers and employees know what to expect.

During my interview, I enjoyed connecting with the hiring manager and demonstrating to him my ability to sell. He also gave me the opportunity to listen in with an agent on her calls, so I know what to expect and how I felt about this position. I was very secure that I found the perfect match.
