People at my level or lower are usually fantastic and understanding of how I reworked the in-store management is.
The general manager is amazing and will do anything for his employees. Anyone above that, would rather replace anyone rather than admit we are being treated poorly.
I can't call out of work even when sick. There is no chance for raises. Drivers make more than managers. Health insurance is still pricey. I'm required to work outside my availability if there is no coverage.
