The salaries don't match the amount of work and effort put into the job titles. It's also extremely hard to get promoted. You have to follow the exact promotional ladder even if you excel in your current position. It takes people years (3-5) to get to the next level.

A positive is that there are a lot of young people so its easy to find people to get a long with inside and outside of work.

I love my coworkers who I work in the lab with. I have met some of my best friends at Estee which makes my job that much more rewarding. The best thing about my team is we always have each other's back when we need help.

My boss does not know how to set personal and work boundaries. There has been times I was contacted outside of working hours. I feel very uncomfortable going to her for any problem I'm having because she make me feel bad for making or mistake or asking a question.

There are other companies paying much more for the same position. It is discouraging and has made me look outside of the company for a role, even though working at Estee was my dream. The compensation needs to be comparable to other cosmetic companies for me to feel better about my position.
