Listening to employees ideals and concerns. A employee only has one person to go to and you never know if info is passed up the chain.

There needs to be more respect for the employees, there's a real lack of kindness and empathy. It is very hierarchical and not collaborative.

My boss does not know how to set personal and work boundaries. There has been times I was contacted outside of working hours. I feel very uncomfortable going to her for any problem I'm having because she make me feel bad for making or mistake or asking a question.
