Everyday, one is constantly making their superiors look great by doing all the work and instead of gratitute we are constantly made to feel that it mght be your last day!

Autonomy to run their own takd with no reservations and a vibrant exchange of ideas so everyone is part of the process and taking corrective actions when something doesn't work.There is no point in giving responsibilies if they are truncated by other executives.
