There is a culture for excellency in everything that we do . Also the fact that that the Company is very diverse not only in terms of brands but also of employees. We feel very much connected between all of us ( brands and functions )

I work for the Clinique Brand and I think we have our own culture where we try and look after everyone. Although I do feel this has diminished where we have made redundancies to protect short term profit goals during the pandemic. I don't feel proud of some of those decisions.
