Their is a very generous company paid pension % and a variety of other benefit options that I can tailor to my own needs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others' backs

Our team works in such a collaborative and supportive way. There is always someone offering to help when needed (usually more than one!) and I never feel I cant ask questions. We are not afraid to disagree - this gives me confidence that our outcomes are considered and unbiased.

I was put at ease as soon as I entered the building. Everyone I came across was welcoming, which meant I could relax and be myself. I feel I got the job being the authentic "me" and that makes for a great and confident start in a new role.
