What are some of the best things about your team?
How well we all support each other. Everyone is so hard working and really does pull together as a team. We pull each other up rather than push each other down.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that the manager also arranged for the team to sit in on my interview. I really respected that as it showed that the team is what is important not just the individual.
