Their people values - they never shy away from supporting the person in times of need, their fairness in dealing with everyone equally and their approach-ability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a friendliness and willingness to help from every level. Queries are owned and responded to quickly. I always look forward to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am so proud to work for this company everyday, It's fast paced, but interesting and motivating. I cant pin down one thing. It's holistic, it's a vibe and a togetherness that just makes me happy to be here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works in such a collaborative and supportive way. There is always someone offering to help when needed (usually more than one!) and I never feel I cant ask questions. We are not afraid to disagree - this gives me confidence that our outcomes are considered and unbiased.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was put at ease as soon as I entered the building. Everyone I came across was welcoming, which meant I could relax and be myself. I feel I got the job being the authentic "me" and that makes for a great and confident start in a new role.
