
We would need a common goal, and 100% participation from all involved. We can have some barking out directives but not assuming any risk or responsibilities for their decisions.
It is a prime example of why labor unions thrived for so long.....no thought put into placing production personnel on 7 day work weeks for weeks on end as management/Front office take weeks off. All while denying time off for production employees.
EVERYTHING ! Stop managing by intimidation, include the people whom actually do the work in what the overall objective, and most of all....HAVE SOME COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE WANTING TO SPEND TIME WITH THEIR FAMILIES, QUIT PLACING EVERYONE ON 7 DAY WORK WEEKS FOR ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF TIME (Holidays)
when I started at this company 20+ years ago, I felt like I had found the perfect dream employer, but not any longer, with each management change I see more and more changing and not for the better, except for the folks at the director level and above....of course !
