I started as an Associate and worked my way up to a Sales Lead. During my time there, I saw a lot of people come and go. At my store in particular, there were a lot of young girls working which meant there was sometimes drama; it felt like we were in high school all over again. It was alright.

As a "Lead" I was considered a "manager" and I would do managerial things, like open/close by myself, go on bank runs, etc. However, my manager would keep me at 35-38hrs a week instead of 40, which meant i wasn't eligible for benefits and PTO.
