i kind of get bullied a little bit, not extremely i used to actually get bullied by my old manager there but she relocated. now i have this manager who is nice most of the time but i dont think she likes me and she kind of bullies me a little bit by making fun of me.

The lead store manager has neglected the safety and health of multiple employees. I had a censor stab directly through my toe and was told to "walk it off", another employee was forced to come in while visibly sick and vomiting on shift.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was given a raise of a dollar at the end of 2020 which I think means nothing considering all that has happened with the pandemic and having to work without half the managers because of covid leave. Minimum raise was raise to $14/hr and I only get paid $15/hr and I have manager duties for $1 more

All the management in forever 21 282 needs to be evaluated and talk to they way they talk about people and treat them is crazy my first night doing inventory I remember all the manager and higher up were talking bad about every employee and it made me question what were they saying about me before

Employees need to valued. Offer commission/bonus for credit card applications. Guarantee hours. Some employees get ZERO hours one week and the next week they only work ONE day for 4 hours. They do not feel like they matter
