I wish communication was better I wish all employees were treated fairly and valued equally as this would promote a healthy work environment.

During my time I wish I had been paid the same amount that my co-workers were making as I was the lowest paid employee but the hardest worker.

The interview process was relatively easy the manager that interviewed me at the time did make me feel positive about coming onto the team however once on the team I quickly began to experience lots of negativity
