it was a rough start, i had managers who were overly critical and judged me for everything i did. i wasnt even allowed to drink coffee. so they all left one by one and i got better new managers who were overall friendlier and less critical. however, i still feel kind of under appreciated

i dont really remember but it went by fairly fast. i basically just explained my experience in customer service and they hired me on the spot

for the most part i think the incentives are helpful, its just this one manager who literally discredited all the credit cards i got and took my off the register for an entire day when i sold so many the day before

i kind of get bullied a little bit, not extremely i used to actually get bullied by my old manager there but she relocated. now i have this manager who is nice most of the time but i dont think she likes me and she kind of bullies me a little bit by making fun of me.

i would like to actually receive credit for the things that i do. i sold so many credit cards and one of my managers tried to completely discredit me. we had this incentive where whoever got the most credit cards got to choose their schedule for a week and im pretty sure i won but she discredited me
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
im just not a huge fan of my job and i find what im doing temporary. i dont feel appreciated for what i do, i dont make a lot of money and i have been here so long and i havent gotten a promotion or raise of any kind, despite being pretty much an expert at working the cashier.
