Not lose everyone’s baggage including my own plus have a flat rate for travel instead of charging fees for everything! Also don’t sell flight tickets you can’t cover because your pilots and flight attendants just go home and there is no back up plan!!!!!! The worse experience Ever! Barry Biffl
