It all depends on the days
Everybody seems to get along and want to help each other.
People in sometimes bad situations try and make things easier
I don't experience the environment or culture at Frontier. I'm part of a small four-person team in a field office.
Desire to always find ways to become more effective and efficient.
Other colleagues willing to help
The employees care about each other within their groups, many times that transfers to other employee groups but not always. The executive management has recently provided several candid and seemingly genuine communications to the employees that have been taken well by most employees including myself

values, engagement, fun, honesty, diversity
Review from Operations Dept
Employees need to be valued, contracts need to be followed by management, morale needs to improve, and middle managers need to be more respectful and professional in their interactions with employees
Management has no idea what the day to day of their team is.
Get rid of the inflight upper leadership.
More compensation, better benefits, better work rules

Management needs to focus in the value of the employees. Frontier HAD a great culture and management has done a great job in destroying it.

The doesn’t invest a single minute or single dime into creating a company culture. It is a joke to use the word culture at Frontier because the only culture is the one that wants to band together to burn the company to the ground.
Review from Operations Dept
A new and better contract
