The leniency on amount of hours I work is nice being that I love working for the airline, just wish I had better managers
Review from Operations Dept
They need to address the pay and go back to layovers and not turns!
They're driven by greed. Very deceptive
Not leader of people, poor strategist, all about oneself
Realizing employees are human and if they are going to hold us to extreme & impossible standards than they should hold themselves to the same unattainable standards
Better employees that don't steal

Being accountable to there teams and provding more opportunities for team members to be able grow and promote within. Help build learship skills.
Leadership needs to understand what is going on in the day to day of their employees.
Managing employees and valuing their team
Review from Operations Dept
Managers are puppets unwilling to stand for what is right. Upper leadership is focused exclusively on the short term bottom line without focus on the future.
Review from Operations Dept
We have feckless leadership. Even our ex chief pilot, he's now gone, was on the side of management for pilot contract negotiations. They need to stand up for the employees and themselves.
