No one listens, it is about kissing the correct ring

Like most people I feel I'm always worth more than what an employer is willing to pay me.

Frontier does 1% 401k matching....I wouldn't consider that compensation at all.

More attention to detail that is good.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great group of young people. Work ethic is good, but the moral is low. We will lose some of the brightest members of this group because of this.

Everybody seems to get along and want to help each other.

People in sometimes bad situations try and make things easier

I don't experience the environment or culture at Frontier. I'm part of a small four-person team in a field office.

Desire to always find ways to become more effective and efficient.

Employees need to be valued, contracts need to be followed by management, morale needs to improve, and middle managers need to be more respectful and professional in their interactions with employees

Management has no idea what the day to day of their team is.

Get rid of the inflight upper leadership.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Honest, direct and positive. I was hired over 10 years ago. It is not the same now.

The leadership at the time held high standards and held multiple level of interviews. Now in 2024, it seems people are hired based on prior connections not true expertise needed.

They were very open and concise in questions

There were a lot of candidates and it was interactive

I love how fast they were about getting back to me and keeping me informed along the way. I've never seen a better online interview practice nor a better way of keeping people informed about where they were in the interview process.
