I've been here for less than a year, and it's been my favorite job I've had yet. Between the work I do and my coworkers and the challenges and the culture, I'd be hard pressed to find another company that would fit me more.

I like how they keep our users in the forefront, across the globe where it's easier and otherwise illegal for LGBTQ people, and aren't about financial exploitation.

All of my teammates are super knowledgable in their areas and very open to sharing that information and their expertise. Everyone is mission driven and not just thinking of Grindr as another paycheck.
