Seeing my co-workers and helping customers find the perfect outfit for their events and parties. I love seeing my co-workers all working together for our ultimate goal of making our sale day.
How well we work together despite our leadership. We get things done without being asked and that allows our managers more time to sit in the back and do absolutely nothing while we bust our butts.
Being leaders and lead by example. Stop expecting things from us when management cant even do what is being asked of us. I want Guess to do a better job of who they're entrusting their stores to.
Receiving commission off of clothing sold. That would light a fire under everyone butts and i can assure you the sales will SKYROCKET. I used to work at Skechers and when they allowed commission their sales tripled.
I would say how diverse our customers are. The fact that we see and interact with so many different cultures is incredible. Its amazing that this beautiful brand has connected so many people together. I have learned more than I could ever imagine of learning.
Not be so centered on games and actually take the time to get to know the candidate. Games make the job look childish when in reality we are looking for something that will set us apart from everyone else. The interview process was a joke.
