What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the coworkers are incredible but my experience here has been tainted by the lack of protection we have recieved from an aggressive manager
Not being pychotic betches acting like high schoolers

Work togther ,we need to be properly trained not crash course training on the fly
Permanent workers treat the holiday workers like sh** at the Colossus location, especially Iraqi workers. they are so disrespectful, they'd be speaking their language and looking at me and laughing. It made me feel so uncomfortable and could not stay there for even a day more

Yes, they need improvement if you worked with them for a while, they know-how to Communicate but if you’re new to the company they don’t talk to you because they don't know too much about you and fills like that you are not apart of the team
There isn't any meetings. Only 2 employees that I work with try hard to work. The others stand around and talk
