What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is alot of opportunies
Very good team to work
They are there to help and make us better as workers making sure we know what's going on and how we can improve.
Everything about the people and place
There are very streamlined operations and they make good decisions from P/L standpoint which is comforting.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Protecting loyal and committed employees from scary co workers
They all need intense therapy
Everything especially behavior in this location
They needed to work on being professional, acting like adults and creating a welcoming environment
They have to change the management!

Our salary and our team
The fact I can choose from anything to get discounts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The staff discount is very hard to take part of it because of the unprofessional management

I try to improve my skills everyday so i think that the right thing to do its to respect each others work and respect the time scheduled of every employee
From the months of August-October before 2 of my store managers from location 5641 got relocated they were being homophobic to me & having small racial microaggresions that even winning POM 2 months in a row because I wore a skirt regardless of how good i work they gave me the least amount of hours.
I made $22.00 an hour pathetic
To many responsabilities and it's not worth it the money!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the coworkers are incredible but my experience here has been tainted by the lack of protection we have recieved from an aggressive manager
Not being pychotic betches acting like high schoolers

At our store is only positive when the manager is missing
I love how we are always on the same page

What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm 2 years in this company. My interview was very successful and with the manager we had good energy and communication. Now she is gone of course in another store of the company
It was very easy .
She took a chance on me, and really got to know me and where I need to be in life. Very encouraging And positive.
They asked interesting questions instead of typical interview questions

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Fast tracking it would make things a little easier but it's pretty average
I got hired after my interview & processed my papers like my SS# but due to the store being unorganized my first day was 3 weeks after I got hired since they didn't know how to scheudled me.
The interview process -lack of information and trying to hide the real work that you suppose to have it

Working with the management that uplifts me

I like to be creative, and the company gives me the opportunity to gain experience.
Being able to interect and help people from all walks of life with whatever their fashion needs are.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've noticed a lot of managers do say negative things about customers or the associates help the customers the most while managers take the credit & sales especially when the managers are in the cash wrap.
Changed out all leadership and fire kids who work at company of founders.
