Hired as the accountant, helped by picking up group coordinator and front desk, was never compensated for any position that took on on top of hired accounting position. Literally used abused and exploited for my work ethic and knowledge.

The hotel was teeated more like a restaurant than a hotel. The second anyone complained $500-$1000 were cmped instantly out hotel is more of a countr club for the area this compensation made guest extremely entitled and belittling employees

I an the accountant, took over group coordinator as it was presented as a temporary position, and helped train front desk/ work front desk even though i have zero front desk experience. I have been extremely vocal about my lack of training and received zero help.

Listen to employees that ask for help. Dont help them in tasks they do not ask help for help them in the ones that they are. Instead of getting help on stuff known only to have me fogure out what i dont know and need help with since no proper training was ever provided
