It is diverse environment and culture and treat it like family
Everyone works as a team. And everybody respects each other and helps each other out

The front office manager is awesome and always makes any situation better
When i get to leave its pretty positive other then that not much.
My coworkers. Mostly non management. Laid back atmosphere when its not busy.
We love our hotel, the guests and coworkers. Any negativity is due to the corporate team who is not on site.
All of us employees are friendly with one another and we have open communication.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot...we all feel you have zero apprrciation up there
The Senior team leads by intimidation. Performance has suffered.
Direction. We need a better sense of direction.
