Before the pandemic, they all cared at every level - from managers to hourly team members. They are hotel pros for the most part. They like their jobs and are engaging.
Everyone gets along and it is always fun to work with them
We have a great team of support staff. Many have been here for many years. If they all leave, as many have, things would not be tolerable for the future most likely.
We are one team with one dream and work together very well. The entire team is overwhelmed and stressed so it is a shame we are not being given the opportunity to really shine because of the corporate teams micro management.
Most of my team members come to WORK. But a few come to collect a paycheck. So those few make more work for those of us trying to do all we can for the guests. We all get along well. I wish we all had the same work ethic though.

Learn how to treat people as people
Be team player and help out everyone since theres only 4 of us.
We work strongly at the front desk but this hotel in itself needs a lot of help but none of the higher-ups seem to care.
