Not a good experience at all. The company culture breeds wild animal behavior in sales people. New associates are starved out by the older employees. Bullying and stealing sales is encouraged by the commission structure. Management are the worst bullies because they have a sales plan. Awful company!

When I said I had COVID used up my sick time and vacation, looked for a job the entire time, found one snd quit with no notice when our store was short staffed! Yeah good times

Yes totally! You feel undervalued when you are called a racial slur and bullied by an assistant manager, take it to HR and nothing is done. All because the assistant mgr was a club writer. This assistant mgr was high 8 hrs every day and that cool with helzberg.. because shes went to club. Whatever!
